Before editorial review starts
If you cancel before editorial review begins, contact support@trustnewswire.com within 24 hours of payment. Approved requests receive a full refund to the original payment method.
After review or distribution begins
Once editorial review, revisions, or distribution has started, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where TrustNewswire cannot complete the agreed service.
Enterprise & custom contracts
Refunds for enterprise or agency agreements follow the terms in your signed statement of work. Contact your account representative or visit our contact page.
